Took cefdinir 2 wks and clindamycin for just 3 of those days also. developed few hives and slight swollen upper lip. off of all meds for 3 days and still get a few hives and slight swollen upper lip. how long can this last? using 25mg antihistamine?

It sounds like you have a mild case of angioedema. This can have any number of causes, but the 2 antibiotics you took are not commonly Associated with it. Are you on an ACE inhibitor? (Usually given for high BP or heart failure) these drugs are most common cause, along with aspirin or ibuprofen, but stress can also cause. See Dr immediately if any difficulty breathing.
