Tobramycin is in a different family of antibiotics than those mentioned, so technically, an allergy to those does not predict an allergy to tobramycin. HOWEVER, the more true allergies a person has to antibiotics, the more likely it is that a person will be allergic to other antibiotics in general. So an allergy to tobramycin is still possible, but it is impossible to predict before using it.
