Had endoscopy suspected gastritis based on imaging. pathology showed gastric antral and fundic (oxyntic) type mucosa with mild reactive changes and minimal chronic inflammation. what does this mean?

Those are benign findings of mild chronic gastritis with questionable exacerbation. If H. pylori is negative then you do not need any specific treatment. Just avoid foods which can exacerbate the symptoms and you should avoid alcohol. Good luck.
