My results from endoscopy: gastric body/fundic mucosa with rare small lymphoid aggregates in lamina propria. what does this mean? do i have gastritis?

Not really: As a pathologist I often see small Lymphoid collections in the lamina propria of gastric biopsies without inflammation chronic is nonspecific and they occur throughout the gastrointestinal tract. Large lymphoid collections in the stomach biopsy can indicate a low-grade mucosal associated lymphoma however this is rare.
