Infection: Gastric oncocytic and antral mucosa = type of stomach tissue seen under the microscope H.P. = Helicobactor pylori, a type of bacteria that causes inflammation and ulcers in the stomach; a stain has been done to make the bacteria stand out Active chronic gastritis= the inflammation seen in the stomach You should do well with treatment!
