Dermatologist cant tell if my lesions are eczema, psoriasis or something else. biopsy results were mixed, potential signs of psoriasis. eczema, seb derm, etc but also missing features of each of them. can these conditions closely resemble each other?

Many times these conditions can have some similar appearances, but the location of the lesions may be very helpful in making the diagnosis...along with a very good personal and family history. Perhaps you might want to obtain a second opinion. Also these disorders do respond to several similar topical therapies.
