For non-strep-induced chronic guttate psoriasis (~200-500 lesions), what kind of specialist should i seek out? i'm 25, eat well, great bmi, gilbert's and celiac disease. dermatologists have not been informative, helpful, or diagnostic.

Dermatology care: It's hard to imagine why you've had trouble finding a dermatologist who has not been "informative, helpful, or diagnostic". Unless you have self diagnosed and your dermatologists disagree about diagnosis or management? It still makes sense to find a dermatolgist you trust then follow his or her advice, even if it disagrees with things you might have come up with by online searching. Good luck.
