Location?: Both rashes can be scaly, psoriasis more scaly, can be silverish scales. Common on elbows, eczema less so. Psoriasis can have fingernail pitting (tiny holes in nails). Eczema not. Eczema associated with other allergies; stress, seasonal. Psoriasis-- knees too. Or see your doctor or dermatologist.

See dermatologist: These can be very difficult to tell apart. A dermatologist can help and a skin biopsy can also be helpful.
