A member asked:

I have a question, if we ejaculate 3 times in a day, would all 3 of these ejaculations contain sperm cells from the day before? seeing as sperm cells dont fully leave the epydidmis through ejaculation?

When you ejaculate, the semen comes out from the seminal vesicles and the sperms from your testes continues to fill the vesicles via vas deferens so it would be difficult to know how many sperm cells are new after three ejaculations a day before. There are billion of sperms in your testes and sperm production process (spermatogenesis) takes an estimated 64 to 74 days to be complete.

In all three ejaculations there will be sperms but wit a decreasing concentration. replenishing the emptying ofthe content is a dynamic process and is continuous and subject to be graded in days eg yesterday.
