Pre-ejaculate: Can contain large amounts of sperm, no sperm and (most often) less sperm than ejaculate.

Yes: Unless you have previously had a successful vasectomy.

Semen: Yes. Of course. Not sure where you got this question. It is so wrong that it is surprising. Semen, the fluid that keeps sperm fresh and alive, is full of sperm. Pre-cum, pre-ejaculate, premature ejaculation and regular ejaculation all contain sperm. It only takes one sperm and one egg to make a baby. That sperm can be introduced to the vagina by a finger, a penis, or a turkey baster.
