Here are some ...: Taking post-vasectomy precaution against pregnancy is mandatory until semen exam shows no sperm, preferably two times. Despite giving such stern advice, less than 45% of post-vas men followed through this. Among such advices, no two are alike; I told my patients that some 85 % of post-vas men will be sperm-free after 15 ejaculations or in 2 months. At times, it takes 3-6 months to clear the sperms
