I have been diagnosed with pbc stage 1 10 years ago.i have never had a mrcp, my biopsy said ductopenia, periportal fibrosis, should i have a mrcp? i have a heavy digestion and nauseous,like hangover( no drink alcohol) intolerance sugar and dairy tks?

No, there is no role of MRCP in the monitoring of PBC progression.Please see your GI doctor or hepatologist for advice regarding your current symptoms. Good luck.
