echo showed sm. pericardial effusion,ekg left atrium enlargement with first degree block,chest xray enlarge heart. what does this all mean. ?

Echo: pericardial effusion makes heart look enlarged on chest X-ray. ECG left atrial enlargement with first degree AV block without echo left atrial enlargement doesn't mean much. First degree av block is a common finding.
