6 days after bat exposure and potential bite mark on foot hrig was given (l foot and l glute) & rabies vax in l arm at er. is it ok they used the glute for hrig? husband also received ig in glute. all literature says not to? i just had 2nd shot?

By CDC website: if possible, the full dose of HRIG should be thoroughly infiltrated in the area around and into the wounds. Any remaining volume should be injected intramuscularly at a site distant from vaccine administration". Take care.
