There are non-cardiac possibilities that could explain this pain. If the cardiac work-up is negative, you should see a GI doctor because there are GI issues that could create a pain like this and get better with nitroglycerin. You should also see a cardiologist to be certain that there is no cardiac component, especially vasospasm of the coronary vessels. Good luck!

Unfortunately you are missing proper follow up with a cardiologist in the office in order to complete tests that can rule in or out properly cardiac disease. In ER life threatening conditions are ruled out and until properly established with a cardiologist and completing work up you have no other options.
