I dont understand why doctors in hospitals tell you that all your blood work is okay when some of it is low. my lipase levels are always low and its been concerning. right now they are at 53 units. my ast is also low at 12.0 rbc is low its at 4.03?

All above labs appear to be normal, there is no low lipase, it can be as low as 0. The majority of times slightly abnormal values are not discussed if they do not contribute to the main diagnosis.

Annual labs . WBC 5.0 , RBC 5.42 , Hgb 15.5 , RDW 13.1 , Platelets 245. sRC .98 , efgr 99. NA 142 , k 4.7 , A1C 5.5 , AST 15 , ALT 31, calcium 9.7. Are these results ok? No symptoms just routine lab work done annually by my doctor who on vacation?
Can my general doctor give me a blood test to show amylase and lipase levels? Or, do I need to see another specialist?
