I have mono or the kissing disease. my throat has these two huge white dots in it. with little black ones all over.. is that bad?

Not particularly. The white is usually dead tissue that has lost its blood supply & will eventually shed. Mono throats can often look worse than many other viral or strep infections, How they look does not always correlate with how the person feels or how soon the infection will self heal. As long as one stays well hydrated & nourished, the infection passes when the immune system removes it.
