With normal or even increased nutrition, these things will have no effect on growth and final height. "Bulking up" is fine if it's muscle tone and growth, which will require proper physical training in addition to increased calories. If done properly, you will not be overweight. But you must not increase food just to gain weight without conditioning. That will just mean obesity with health harm.
