May be: It is okay for a person to have a high BMI with low body fat and muscular physique. I trust that you are muscular because you exercise and not due to taking steroids. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: Keep it up, so that this muscle mass won't turn into fat. The main idea is to be active and stay active as much as you can, eat healthy, sleep well, avoid alcohol and smoking, and enjoy your health, best wishes
