I had a SMRA HEAD W/O CONTRAST exam on 7/17/20. One impression showed 4mm infundibulum at the origin of the left posterior cerebral artery. I do have pain on the let side of my neck at the base of the skull. Is this something I need to worry about?
Hi,MRA of the brain results show bilateral hypoplastic P1 segment with both posterior communicating arteries dilated in the sense of fetal circulation. Worry? I am having headaches, blurry vision and low concentration, mood swings. Couse? Tnx?

CT w/Contr-Intracranial arteries: No high-grade large vessel stenosis, large aneurysm, or vascular malformation. The right posterior cerebral is essentially fetal in origin. - Why does it say no large? Does that mean there are some aneurysms?Concern?
