A member asked:

I had a smra head w/o contrast exam on 7/17/20. one impression showed 4mm infundibulum at the origin of the left posterior cerebral artery. i do have pain on the let side of my neck at the base of the skull. is this something i need to worry about?

Need clarification: Your post does NOT make anatomical sense, as the infundibulum is the hollow stalk between the hypothalamus and the posterior pituitary gland, and the posterior cerebral artery affects the occipital lobe. I have NO idea what you are asking, or what the potential issue involves. Please re-post with clarification and point our specifically what troubles you.
