Please consult with a Neurologist. The findings may represent a defect in vascular formation since birth,but more information is requested. Have stroke ruled out. Do you have Diabetes? Watch for signs of dizziness, change in vision and weakness.

Unlikely that what appears as a congenital variation would be the cause of your symptoms. Would evaluate mood swings and low concentration, as depression may be present, but other causes may be considered. Discuss findings with your doctor.
