Hi,mra of the brain results show bilateral hypoplastic p1 segment with both posterior communicating arteries dilated in the sense of fetal circulation. worry? i am having headaches, blurry vision and low concentration, mood swings. couse? tnx?

Please consult with a Neurologist. The findings may represent a defect in vascular formation since birth,but more information is requested. Have stroke ruled out. Do you have Diabetes? Watch for signs of dizziness, change in vision and weakness.

Unlikely that what appears as a congenital variation would be the cause of your symptoms. Would evaluate mood swings and low concentration, as depression may be present, but other causes may be considered. Discuss findings with your doctor. Many reasons for headaches and more information is needed to define character and cause. Perhaps a virtual consult at HT provide better understanding.
