Probably you were tested for HIV antibody, in addition to p24 antigen. If not, have a newer ("third generation") antibody test, or the combo test (both antigen and antibody). Negative antigen and antibody is 100% conclusive after 45 days, regardless of official advice from some sources that still may advise 90 days. That advice is a holdover from older HIV tests.
