You may have an infection of the outer ear canal, called otitis externa. To diagnose this, a doctor would need to look into your ear canal with an otoscope and see if there is any drainage in the ear canal. You would then be treated with antibiotic ear drops, if present, and perhaps an oral antibiotic depending on how it responds to the ear drops. So, see a doctor who can look into your ears.
