I am having pain in my intertragal notch of my ear. when ever i press on my targus the pain intensifies, it feels like there is a residue building up, like crums of ear wax or dried blood but im not sure. no effect to my hearing. what should i do?

You may have an infection of the outer ear canal, called otitis externa. To diagnose this, a doctor would need to look into your ear canal with an otoscope and see if there is any drainage in the ear canal. You would then be treated with antibiotic ear drops, if present, and perhaps an oral antibiotic depending on how it responds to the ear drops. So, see a doctor who can look into your ears.
