Have a cold, pain in ears, hearing became muffled, keeps switching from both ears, specks of blood in ear wax?

Otitis externa?: Unless your eardrums have been perforated, there should not be blood in the earwax . The presence of blood suggests that you have been sticking something into the ear canal and the trauma is causing the bleeding. Alternatively, water might have got into your ear causing an infection. Best to contact your doctor to find out.
