When i'm sitting and i lean over with my elbows resting above my knees it makes my neck hurt under my jaw and chin and where my ears are. under my chin hurts when i'm eating and go to close my mouth to chew. ihave pain under my chin jaw how do i fix?

I'd be thinking of neck muscle origin of this discomfort rather than pathology within the throat or neck structures unless you note lumps or swollen neck or salivary glands. Do you feel you have very tense neck muscles? I think it's advisable for you to have a careful examination of your mouth,throat&neck by your physician or an ENT specialist to be sure.
