Nursed baby and his neck was resting on my arm, went to sit up to lay him down and his head flopped back hard. could this have hurt him any, like give him shaken baby or something? he opened his eyes but didn't cry or anything?

I can think of no instance where shaken baby syndrome would ever occur in this manner. Accept the episode as a learning experience and plan accordingly. Babies lack of a pained response is an indication of its effect.
