Ingrown hair?: It may a condition called ingrown hair. Ingrown hairs are hairs that have curled around and grown back into your skin instead of rising up from it. Sometimes dead skin can clog up a hair follicle. That forces the hair inside it to grow sideways under the skin, rather than upward and outward. It may look dark because of hair inside.

I have had some painful pimple like bumps on odd places like on the inside of my elbow and my knee. I do tend to get leg acne though. These are pretty painful though, maybe its the location. Should I be concerned it is a bed bug bite?
