Spine specialist: In my opinion Grade one retrolisthesis is not a thing ,wiltze classification was for anterolisthesis originally i dont recall him describing grades for retrolisthesis and later "white and panjabi" did not consider this instability in the orthopedic sense of the word . hand weakness deserves a neurologic evaluation hope this helps
