There is no scientific proof that omega 3 or any other dietary supplements, or any drugs, improve memory (despite online claims, ads for various products, etc). As a medical student, you should be able to identify a faculty member who is expert in this area -- perhaps a pharmacologist or neurologist -- for further discussion.
