I went to a pharmacy and asked what was better for memory between lecithin,omega 3 and ginko. the lady there gave me all 3 of them, but i just read that omega 3 and ginko are blood thinners. is it safe to take them throughout the day?

Omega3,Vitamin B12 and ginko is good for memory.I have recommended this for my patients and this has proven to be good for them.

All are safe but relatively ineffective in most subjects and suspect you will be disappointed. For example, Ginko Biloba has been studied fully and found worthless to treat memory disorders. It is far better to uncover the cause of your memory issues and deal with this head-on.
