I have a stray cat i was petting i picked a sore on my arm afterwords can i get rabies from this. her ear is snipped so i know she been to a vet at some point we have had a skunk on the porch were she eats she does not have any symptoms rabies?

No, petting an animal would not place you at risk for rabies. Skin infections remain possible and hand hygiene is recommended. Check cdc.gov for details regarding transmission risk for rabies.
