Unlikely: Rabies can be found in stray or roaming dogs, so the best thing to do is protect your pet by getting them immunized or vaccinated against rabies. From what you describe, it was not confirmed if this stray dog had rabies. Secondarily, rabies is transmitted through saliva - and I did not hear you describe any moisture or oral secretions getting into your eyes. If that did happen, you should see a MD
