My uacr is 60. in 2022 it was 27. can i do anything to try to lower and improve it? i need to lose weight also?

Give examples: obstructive apnea with obesity can cause microalbuminuria then losing weight + CPAP may be effectvie or if DM or/and HTN is/are present, optimal BP control with ACEi or ARB drug is required. Low animal protein intake is also effective for alleviating microalbuminuria.
