Diet and exercise: In order to lose weight you must utilize more calories than you consume. Increasing physical activity through walking, biking, etc will increase calorie utilization. You will also need to reduce calorie intake by eliminating items like high-calorie beverages and fried foods, and eating lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey and fish along with green vegetables.
