I have constant muscle spasms all over my body eveeyday for the last 3 years, i never had this problem but after i graduated high school thats when it started all of a sudden. it would be rapid sometimes and other times it would be chronic, plz help?

This is the type of issue that requiresa full review of your past & current medical history, an exam and likely some tests. Write a narrative of your symptoms with a timeline and take that with you to a scheduled evaluation. Do the work and this can be sorted out. If not, there are no answers.
