Back pain: The back pain can be caused by muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... If the pain goes up, it' might be refer pain. Backache: No need for pain management.....It appears that yoy may still be in high school. Back pain may be due to different aspects in this age group. Most often, i recommend therapy for back stabilzation and teaching body mechanics. Sometimes it is due to heavy backpacks. There can be structural issues, so make sure you see a spine specialist to examine you.
