Great start: Truth is that 190 lb of muscle is pretty good for your height already. You do not want to get fat now. Key is resistance training to build muscle, aerobic fitness to keep it trim & powerful & not get fat. Shun anabolic steroids, you'll ruin a great start in life. Creatine and an electronic muscle stimulator (extremities only) are also likely to help. Hope you'll make fitness a lifetime habit.
