If you feel otherwise healthy then a normal diet and fluid intake should suffice and no need to take any supplements. However if you feel more comfortable taking it - then one pack should do it. Always follow your docs recommendations. good luck

Most of the time, electrolytes are absorbed from the diet and electrolyte supplements are not necessary, except in instances of severe sweating or fluid loss due to vomiting or diarrhea. No need to take a watch right solutions when you are feeling well. Good luck.
