At this time you must be examined or reexamined in the hospital ER ASAP. Acutely inflamed stomach lining, esophageal inflammation, peptic ulceration of stomach or duodenum & even pancreatitis ( less likely) are possibilities. A gastroenterologist can be called in to evaluate you and/or you may be hospitalized if deemed advisable by the ER physician.
