Hello. : Hello. Can not distinguish between these three diagnoses based on this information. You will need a medical history, a physical examination to include auscultation of your lungs and you might need a chest xray as well. They will probably check your blood oxygen level and may also do some lab tests. Would play it safe and get evaluated at the emergency room, as there is a possibility that you could have pneumonia. Hope you feel better soon.
