I make some soup with some chicken potato carrots in it i just cover it with lid it left on countertop after three days my husband suddenly take spoonfull of soup obviously its gone bad but is there any botulism toxin product in it i m very worried?

Botulism thrives in anaerobic conditions and is unlikely to develop under the described circumstances. However, bacterial infections can and do develop, and this is a far more likely scenario. Contact your current physician if an illness has developed.

It is unlikely in this scenario that your husband could get botulism from spoiled food, but there certainly could be other infections or reactions. If he only ate one spoonful, it is unlikely that he will get sick. If he does, however, have him hydrate well and see a doctor if he gets too dehydrated. Good luck.
