Food safety: Food safety basically depends on how you prepare the food in a clean environment and keep it refrigerated before it has a chance to spoil. Potatoes can harbor S. Aureus and other forms of food poisoning, including botulism, did you refrigerate the food in a reasonable amount of time? Be careful to promptly refrigerate, when in doubt, throw it out.
