Three months ago i had an upper endoscopy positive for gastritis, reflux, and a hiatal hernia. recently i've had sharp neck pain (from the clavicle to the jaw) during and after (an hour after) eating. does this sound like gerd? inflammation perhaps?

Your symptoms could be related to inflammation or GERD but it needs to be diagnosed by being evaluated-you could be evaluated by your GI doctor. Are you being treated for the issues found during the endoscopy? If so, your current symptoms may be a different problem that also needs to be treated. So, see your GI doctor. Best of luck to you!

It is possible that the paint that you were having between your clavicle on your Joel could be related to acid reflux which is under good control. You do not mention what you are doing to treat the acid reflux. If your symptoms are under treatment but not under control, you may want to follow up with the gastroenterologist. Good luck.
