4 months ago upper endoscopy positive for gerd, gastritis, and hiatal hernia. more recently i sometimes have right sided neck/shoulder/collarbone pain after (and infrequently during) eating. unlikely to be anything insidious or malignant?

This can be referred pain from diaphragm irritation, which can happen with the hiatal hernia that was diagnosed during the endoscopy. If this continues, you should see your GI doctor to see what treatments are available for the hiatal hernia. Good luck!
