I dont understand hiv testing window period and why so many doctors and websites say 6 months even some say a year but cdc says 90 days on only antibody tests?some say antibody tests are unreliable there are millions who rely on 3 month guidelines??

You've obviously been searching the web widely, probably including many scientifically unreliable sites. Anybody can say anything they want on the web. All scientifically reliable sources agree that 6 weeks is sufficient for the antigen-antibody (AgAb, 4th generations tests), and 8-12 weeks for the 3rd gen antibody tests. Some sites are behind the times or just don't understand the latest science.
