The lighter area in the middle which makes this look like a target, could indicate Lyme disease. You should be seen by a Dr in person ASAP for an evalution and possible antibiotic treatment.

Insect bite. Red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). If it was Lymes would it have kept expanding? Would it also have faded away after two days of Neosporin if it were Lymes? No other symptoms?
