Lyme: Sounds suspicious. Would have her checked out as the consequences of lyme are significant . Ringworm usually is not that large. f/u w/ doc

Doubt it.: A photo would be very helpful but I would suspect given your daughter age to be ringworms (tinea) - a fungal infection.

Picture: a picture would be helpful to see if it is lyme disease. Not all red ring rashes of lyme are target like. The fact that it grew and was pale in the center is suspicious. Take her to her pediatrician, and if you have pictures, show it to him.
