Assuming there was actually an exposure (which sounds unlikely) at 40 days you can be 95% confident, but you need to retest at 12 weeks to be considered definitely negative.

There's never been a reported, scienfically documented case of HIV acquired by oral-vaginal sex (cunnilingus), so you were at little or no risk and didn't even need testing. Once her negative test was known, it was clear you could not have been exposed or infected and didn't need your own combo test.
