Yes, you can: There s no interactions between these drugs. This is very common combination of medications to manage chronic neuropathic pain. Of course you may experience some side effects, but remember that your doctor has prescribed these medications because he/she has thought that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Med combination ok?: It's important to discuss all medications you take with all of it docs. There's no strict interaction between these meds. tramadol and Gabapentin are CNS depressants and may make you sleepy. What's most important is that you review all your meds and doses with the prescribing doc, and u r certain the doc intends for you to take these meds together, and has reviewed ur risks /benefits & questions
