There's no strict interaction between these meds. tramadol and Gabapentin are CNS depressants and may make you sleepy. What's most important is that you review all your meds and doses with the prescribing doc, and u r certain the doc intends for you to take these meds together, and has reviewed ur risks /benefits & questions
